Event Organizers who plan their events using ClearEvent’s event management platform can relax knowing that we work hard to ensure that every event participant can access important event information, regardless of physical disability.Using ClearEvent, participants access important event details through the Event Portal Mobile Web App. To help us make the Event Portal a positive place for all participants, we are compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.ClearEvent is dedicated to providing an Event Portal that meets Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) requirements and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. We make every effort to ensure event information is accessible to those with special needs, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments.
